The fake electors all received letters from the Fulton County District Attorney notifying them of their status.

The chairman of the Georgia Republican Party and a state senator were among the fake electors.

Brandon Beach, who is a Republican state senator, received a letter, according to reports.

Jeff DiSantis didn't reply to a request from Forbes.

Attorneys representing 11 of the fake electors said in a court filing that they would testify before the grand jury. The attorneys argued that the requests for the fake electors to appear before the grand jury are unwarranted and oppressive because they have been subject to abusive threats. The fake electors could not have known or anticipated their votes would become part of an alleged pressure plan to have Vice President Mike Pence overrule valid election results.
