Mooy and Jenz were both signed by Celtic.
After leaving Chinese Super League side Shanghai Port, Mooy was a free agent and had held talks with several other clubs before deciding to join Parkhead.
The player signed a two-year deal with the manager after working with him during his time in Australia.
The option to buy was included in the deal for the Parkhead club.
There will be competition for the two centre-back spots.
"I'm delighted that we've been able to bring in both Aaron and Moritz to the club, and I'm sure they'll be great additions to our squad."
I know him from my time as the Australian national team's coach, and he has a lot of experience at both club and international level.
"Moritz is a player we've been aware of for a while now, and I'm happy that we've been able to sign him."
"They've already had the chance to meet the rest of the squad, and I'm sure they'll settle in very quickly into what is a very welcoming group of players, and I know that our supporters will be looking forward to seeing them both in a Celtic jersey," said
Celtic have signed many people during this transfer window.
Sky sports news has a former Celtic player on it.
Good business so far. The squad needs to be stronger because of the league.
That is where they would like to make their mark this year. It's huge for the club to win the European Championship.
Mooy was very good when he was at Huddersfield a few years ago, so they have got a good one there if he can do the same.
The Japanese players that have come in have been well received by the Australian coach. He was familiar with them and he got a tune out of them.
Mooy will be the same as they have done.
If he gets used to Glasgow and the goldfish bowl, he will be fine.
The transfer window in Scotland will close at midnight on September 1st.
