The Norway women's head coach Martin Sjogren and his assistant are no longer with the team.
For the second year in a row, the two-time winners went out in the group stage.
They lost to England and Austria after beating Northern Ireland.
The women's national team had been led by Sjogren for more than five years.
The two coaches will be paid up to the end of their contracts in August 2023, after an agreement was made to evaluate progress after the tournament.
Sjogren said that the expectations before this championship were clear and that they had high ambitions to go far.
The solution is that we go our separate ways when the results don't meet expectations.
The Norwegian Football Federation wants a new coach in time for the World Cup.
