The football coach at Jackson State said in a video that he would give half of his salary to the school.

After initially agreeing to give a quarter of his salary to the business manager, he changed his mind and agreed to give more.

He said he would put half on it to get it done. Check me if you don't think I'm telling the truth. The receipts will be sent to you.

The coach will make $300,000 a year after signing a four-year deal.

The school hopes to open the facility in August, just a month before the start of the regular season.

After leading Jackson State to an 11-2 record in his first year as the coach, he is going into his third year. The program signed the top recruit in the class of 2022.
