The search giant finally came through with its next digital payment update after announcing its first one at I/O.
An update to the "old" Google Pay app was spotted by 9to5google. During I/O 2022, it was revealed that the search giant is looking to shift into a more comprehensive digital wallet.
Digital payment cards will be displayed in a carousel at the top of the screen. There will be any passes that a person has. You will be able to add to wallet, which will allow you to pay for things like transit passes, gift cards and more.
There is a card that you can use to set up Gmail integration so that your cards are added to your wallet.
