If guests make a new booking on Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises or Silversea Cruises, the group will protect their deposits from being forfeited.
The ship will be renamed the Silver Endeavor after Royal Caribbean acquires it. Crystal Cruises stopped operating in February of last year.
The purpose of the Royal Caribbean Group is to deliver the best vacations in the world. While our acquisition only covers the physical vessel, we want all of our guests to know we care for them. Crystal guests will get their deposits back, but we want to make sure they are reassured.
The Royal Caribbean Group will refunds any amount paid on their new booking up to the amount of their lost deposits from Crystal.
