Graham said in a court filing last week that he wasn't trying to interfere in the election when he asked Georgia officials to look at some Absentee ballots. Graham's lawyers are fighting the subpoena. Prosecutors in Georgia identified more than 100 potential witnesses. In June, Raffensperger testified for several hours before the panel as part of its focus on a January 2021. Graham is not a subject or a target of the investigation according to the attorneys. Graham did not try to change the outcome of the election in Georgia, according to his lawyers. His attorneys said that he was well within his rights to discuss the processes and procedures with state officials. Graham's lawyers said he would win the case.
