Forbes Entertainment can exclusively reveal that there will be a new Dark Horse comic book called Hellboy in Love.

The five-issue storyline, written by Christopher Golden and Mike Mignola, will begin in October with the two-part Goblin Night.

Golden said that it has been 25 years since Bransfield first appeared in his book. One of the reasons Mike considered my trilogy of novels to be canon is because of that relationship. We talked a lot about telling the stories of their adventures together over the years. It features gorgeous Matt Smith art and is Romancing the Stone-style action. We're having a lot of fun.

There was a train robbery in England. There is a Punk show. The first words Christopher Golden said about the story he and Mike put together were all I needed to hear. I'm so excited to draw this thing. I am very happy to be back with the same team that created the movie.

They are both on colors and letters.

The first book in the Hellboy in Love series is arriving on October 12.

If you plan to attend San Diego Comic-Con this coming weekend, be sure to check out the July 23 panel discussion with the co-directors of the upcoming Mike Mignola documentary: Drawing monsters.

The film will be shown at the Million Dollar Theater in Los Angeles as part of a double-feature presentation. Mignola, Konrad, and Demonakos are going to have a discussion after the screening.

The founder of the Secret Movie Club said they were excited to have Mr. Mignola speak to them. Many great movies are made by people who are inspired by other art. The journey of independent filmmakers is mirrored by Mr. Mignola's key work as a storytellers and artist in comics. The audience will be able to ask Mr. Mignola questions about his journey and thoughts on movies, creativity, and stories.
