Jeremy Sochan said he was not intending on being disrespectful when he said "bricks" with the Los Angeles Lakers player.

A video of Sochan and Malaki Branham playing a word association game during the NBA summer league in Las Vegas went viral over the weekend.

Sochan was hoping that he would guess the word "Triple-double", but he didn't. Sochan guessed "bricks" and Brantham responded, "No, no, no!"

Sochan was the one who guessed triple-double.

In his first season with the Lakers, he averaged just 18.5 points per game and shot 29.8% from 3-point range.

The nine-time All-Star guard said earlier this year that mocking nicknames like "Westbrick" were "shaming my name, my legacy for my kids."

There was no longer full alignment with Westbrook about whether he should stay with the Lakers for the final season of his $47 million contract after he parted ways with his long time agent.

Sochan was selected by the Spurs with the ninth overall pick in this year's NBA draft after one season at Baylor, where he averaged 9.2 points per game and shot 58.8% from the floor and 29.6% from 3-point range.
