The Travel Network Group has promoted Ross East to the position of group marketing director and added the role of head of marketing to the team.

The head of marketing and the product and marketing executive joined the business in the last year.

Over the past six years, she has progressed through more senior positions within the marketing team and managed the marketing needs for the company.

Gary Lewis, chief of The Travel Network Group, said that they recognize and reward the hard work of their employees and always look to promote internally.

Both Ross and Kristy are key members of our team who have gone above and beyond to support us during the Pandemic, both on the operational side of the business, as well as continuing with their marketing roles.

Our strategy is to give our teams the platform to grow and develop and it is wonderful to see both Ross and Kristy flourishing within our organization.

Members of the group receive quarterly marketing campaigns designed to go across retail, social media and websites, as well as product sales messaging and a comprehensive training proposition to help attract new customers.

East said: "During the Pandemic, we have had to pause some of our marketing services and be all hands on deck."

As we transition to a more positive trading environment, we are expanding our team and focusing on scaling up our marketing service, which includes both graphic design and video services.
