A picture of a cluster of galaxies in space was released by NASA last week.

A $10 billion satellite took decades of research and innovation to develop and capture the image.

Pizzafourlife's reaction to the images was: That's it?

Pizzafourlife wrote that he was sad. It is just a space picture.

The context for thousands of people was provided by an interactive tool. The web app allows users to compare the images created by the two telescopes in real time.

He studied physics in college and was interested in astronomy as a child.

"I enjoyed looking at the Hubble images when I was a kid," he said. I used to watch a lot of PBS space documentaries with my father.

When he saw the first images from Hubble, he was impressed, but like pizzafourlife, he didn't understand the improvement between the two.

He wanted to know what was different about it. We spent a lot of time and money to make this thing.

He shared the app he created to answer his questions on social media.

It received tens of thousands of responses. Many of the responses expressed the same kind of wonder that Christenson had about the leap from Hubble to the new planet.

People said they showed the interactive to their children and they were very excited about it. I was inspired by Hubble images when I decided to go into science.

Hank Green is a science teacher and author.

Christenson doesn't understand the comparisons between the two images.

He saidHubble has always been amazing to him. This has been the top of human potential.

It is extraordinary. Christenson said that the person was far better than that.
