He said at a press conference on July 8 that it was hard to drive people out of a place like California because of their natural advantages.
Both of them have been mentioned as potential candidates for their respective parties for the White House, but neither of them have confirmed that they will run.
He denied to The Bee that he was going to enter the race.
"I wouldn't be lying if I said I wouldn't consider future ads to viewers outside of California," he said.
