TOP STORY: Arsenal close in on Zinchenko

Oleksandr is said to be on the verge of leaving Manchester City for a 30 million dollar fee.

According to The Sun, Mikel Arteta's old club City are close to agreeing a fee with the Gunners for a new player.

The deal depends on being able to agree personal terms with the young man. If he moves to north London, he wants to find out what role he'll have to play at the club, because he isn't willing to play as a back up.

Arteta's issues last season and throughout the preseason have been caused by an area of the pitch that may be used in a central midfield role.

Gabriel Jesus, Marquinhos, and Matt Turner are the latest to join the club.

PAPER GOSSIP

The England Under-19 European Championship winner, Carney Chukwuemeka, seems to be on the verge of being sold. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Villains are looking for a fee of around twenty million dollars. If Villa don't offer Chukwuemeka a new deal or allow him to leave for a fee this summer, he'll be free to leave for nothing in the summer of 2020.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Internazionale are trying to get a deal done for Torino center-back Bremer. The personal terms with the 25-year-old were already agreed in January and now his representatives will meet with Torino in an effort to get the move sorted as soon as possible. There are a number of English clubs that Bremer has interest in.

During the preseason, Nicolo Zaniolo has been in good goal- scoring form and is said to be being watched by the Bianconeri. According to Calciomercato, the young man is interested in renewing his contract, but only with an increase in salary. The Bianconeri is interested in the current talks. With a percentage of any resale going back to the Italian capital, there is a chance that he could be tempted to join the Bianconeri.

Calciomercato has reported that Dybala's future is still shrouded in uncertainty, but that he has been called in to compete with Inter Milan and Napoli. They believe the 28-year-old would prefer a move to the San Siro but that he's not prepared to wait much longer for an offer, and that his personal intervention will help pushRoma to the front of the queue. Dybala is being offered around 6m a year for four years by Rome.
