It is an open secret at this time.

The Sub-Mariner, played by Tenoch Huerta, is a key supporting role in the film. Ahead of the film's release in the fall, they've given the character a more primary role in comic books. Along with being a recurring player in the Avengers run, the First Mutant is also getting a solo series.

The Sub-Mariner: Conquered Shores will jump into the future and will be written by Halt and Catch Fire's Christopher Cantwell. As the ruler of a flooded Earth, he finds himself looking back on his life of turning friends into enemies and trying to save the last humans on the planet. The first war of superheros in the Golden Age was answered byquered Shores, a sequel to which sits at the end of humankind.

Several of the faces Namor would encounter would be pleasant surprises, and most likely, Torch will be one of them. With praise given to Ferry for delivering a "breathtaking" take on the future, Cantwell is excited to give more information on Shores in the near future.

The comic book "Namor the Sub-Mariner: Conquered Shores" will be released in October. Black Panther will be released in theaters on November 11th.
