Kodak Black, also known as Bill Kapri, was pulled over by the Florida Highway Patrol for an expired registration tag and windows that appeared darker than the legal limit, according to the Miami Herald.
According to the report, police smelled a strong odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle and found a clear bag containing 31 tablets of oxycodone and a total of $74,960 in cash during a search of the vehicle.
Kapri is being held at the jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of less than 25 grams of a narcotic.
The rapper was charged with a felony and a lesser charge of possession of a controlled substance. Black's bond was negotiated at a Saturday morning bail hearing according to his lawyer.
