The British Open is taking place at St. Andrew's, Scotland.

The time is 3:20 p.m.

It's looking like it will be a low scoring day at St. Andrew.

Kevin Kisner, out in the second group of the day, had an eagle putt from 21 yards to tie the low round at a major.

He was 7-under when he made par at the 18th.

66. Kisner and Mullinax were playing a game.

Richard Mansell went out on his own in the third round.

Six of the first nine players shot in the 60s.

67.

That's right.

There is no wind at the British Open. Kevin Kisner is a good example of proof. The American was able to make the cut on the number. Through the first seven holes, he's scored five times.

There are a few tough pins for Saturday's third round when the forecast is for little wind.

The start of Kisner's career is not much more than that. It was still six hours from the start of Smith's round.

That's right.
