The cause of Ivana Trump's death was a fall down stairs. The autopsy was done Friday, according to law enforcement sources. We told you that cops got a call about Ivana going into cardiac arrest at Trump's apartment in New York City. Donald Trump said that she was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman who led a great and inspiring life. Her children were her pride and joy. We were all proud of her, as she was so proud of them. Ivana, please rest in peace. Donald had an affair with Marla Maples while Ivana and Trump were still together. Eric Trump was outside of his mother's home after she died. Ivana was older than 70.
