According to reports, Eric Martin identified the alleged victim and Ricky is going to court. When the alleged victim is related to the accused, there are harsher penalties for certain sexual crimes. Martin could face up to 50 years in prison if he is convicted. We reported that as well. Ricky was accused of domestic violence earlier this month, and the alleged victim got a temporary restraining order against Ricky, who has denied the allegations. The nephew and Ricky had a relationship for 7 months. Ricky continued to contact his nephew and showed up at his house. We contacted Ricky's camp, but so far no response.
