According to witnesses, Incognito was supposed to sign cremation papers, but was not willing to do so initially. He walked through the funeral home and threw things. Incognito wanted to buy flowers for the funeral and everything they had before he gave them his credit card.
Incognito talked about the incident.
Incognito said it was emotional for him. I showed up at the funeral home, but I wasn't in top shape. I didn't think I was acting weird. You don't sleep, then the heavy marijuana dose and the drinking. It's a recipe for disaster for me.
After taking a break from football, Incognito will play 12 games for the Raiders in 2019. He was put on injured reserve due to a calf strain, which kept him off the field.
The people in Incognito's circle helped him get on track and return to the field in 2019.
