ESPN Plus is about to get even more expensive

According to a report by Sports Business Journal, the price of the ESPN Plus streaming service will increase from $6.99 per month to $9.99 per month. The price of the yearly plan is going up.

The price of the Disney bundle, which includes Disney Plus, Disney Plus, and ad-supported Hulu, will not change. The service's website and support pages haven't been updated yet, but a statement sent over by Disney says subscribers will be notified next week

As we move away from the traditional cable bundle, access isn't as cheap as it used to be. The price of ESPN Plus is going to increase even more. The access to editorial content on its website that subscribers get, as well as the components of the content deals it signs, are becoming more and more part of the deal.

Even if you don't want to pay for the bundle, Disney's pricing encourages you to take it, even if that's not what you want.
