Tony Buzbee, an attorney for the Houston Texans, said in a release Friday that the organization has settled all claims and intended claims related to the team's role in the Deshaun Watson allegations.
The settlements' terms are not public.
In June, he settled 20 of 24 sexual harassment lawsuits. He has been accused of sexual assault by 25 women.
The statement from the McNairs said they were shocked and sad when they first heard of the allegations against the quarterback.
We decided to resolve the matter amicably because we didn't know about Deshaun's alleged misdeeds. This isn't an admission of wrongdoing, but rather a clear stand against sexual assault. Today's resolution will hopefully provide some form of closure to the parties involved, our fans and the Houston community at large.
He vowed to clear his name after he was traded to the ClevelandBrowns.
