Dbrand takes a jab at Nothing with a little Something of its own

• Dbrand released a new phone skin and case called "Something."
• The new phone skin looks extremely similar to the Nothing phone (1) which Dbrand has made clear they know.
• Dbrand also makes clear that it did not "steal" anything, it's only "creatively reinterpreted" a design.

Products that show greatness and include a joke are what Dbrand can offer. The Nothing phone is strikingly similar to the Something skin.

"It's better than nothing" is the slogan of the skin and case creator company. They continued this trend by stepping on some of the phone's weaknesses, a direct jab at the Nothing phone.

There are a couple of short blurbs on the skin's page to get people interested in the product. Imagine trying to break into the phone market. It's difficult if you have less money than Apple. D brand is a company with its finger on the pulse. The Nothing phone isn't coming to the US because of this.

Dbrand's Something skin is available for a number of mobile devices. They hit some of the best phones with this skin or case. They have shown they know it when they compare the look of Dbrand's skin and the Nothing phone.

The company still believes in the idea of plagiarizing. It's aware that people could say they stole another company's design, but as it says, "we stole nothing." Considering the skin's design and previous statements made by Dbrand, that could be a double meaning.

Dbrand stated that "plagiarism is not a crime" plagiarism is not a crime in the US according to Cornell Law School. According to the law school, plagiarism can warrant legal action if it violates the rights of the original author.
