Kyrie Irving Trade Rumors: Kyle Lowry Deal with Heat 'Not out of the Question'

An Eastern Conference contender could be interested in acquiring Irving, despite the fact that he doesn't appear to have many teams interested in him.

Frank Isola said that he has heard that a deal in exchange for veteran point guard Kyle Lowry is not out of the question.

Irving picked up his player option for the 2022-23 season, but he no longer wants to be a part of the team. Kevin Durant requested a trade late in June, which turned the team's summer upside down.

The Nets have a high asking price for both players but there aren't many teams with the assets to acquire them. The Los Angeles Lakers are seen as the most likely landing spot for Irving, but they have yet to put together a trade package that would entice Brooklyn.

The Nets were hoping for a bigger market for Durant, but it wasn't as lucrative as they thought. The trade offer isn't great and it's basically the Lakers.

The Heat finished with the best record in the East last season, and they did so despite the fact that they were limited to 63 games by the NBA's Collective Bargaining Agreement. He averaged less than 13 points per game. Next season, he's going to make $28.6 million.

He would be an upgrade at the point guard position. In 29 appearances, the seven-time All-Star averaged 27.4 points.
