The biggest and bright Moon of the year has been visible in England.

The Buck Moon was the most visible on Wednesday.

The second super moon of the year looked larger than normal as the Moon is closer to the Earth.

The "Buck Moon" is said to have been referred to by the Native Americans of what is now the north-eastern United States. It appears when bucks have new antlers.
