'RHONJ' Star Joe Gorga Evicts Tenant for Alleged Unpaid Rent

Joe didn't go easy on the guy during the eviction, even though he claims he hasn't paid rent for four years.

The 'RHONJ' star was recording as he and a sheriff's deputy went to evict a Hawthorne, NJ tenant. A warrant was issued for the guy's eviction after he was accused of not paying his rent.

The tenant was pretty surprised when Joe and the sheriff knocked on the door. A woman with him started to cry.

The tenant's father tried to convince Joe not to evict the tenant, but he told them he had enough.

Joe and the tenant had a heated exchange on video.

While Joe looks and sounds happy as he watches the eviction, his rep insists that he doesn't like throwing out tenants, and that this situation is different because it was a long time ago.
