The third season of Star Trek: Lower Decks will be available on Paramount+. You have about a month and a half to wait until more Star Trek arrives, but you just had six months of it, so what are you waiting for? The news of the show's return was heralded with the arrival of a new poster for the season, once again continuing Lower Decks' love of emulating classic Trek movie posters.

Search for Spock's famous Enterprise/Bird of Prey battle has been replaced with the Cerritos, which we know is being sent to drydock after the conclusion of the second season of Star Trek. The Mogai Heavy Warbird from Star Trek Online is a design that has not been seen in Trek television before. It is difficult to tell from this alone whether or not the ship is one or the other, but since Picard's latest season also brought in ship designs from that game, it wouldn't be out of place for Lower Decks to also get in on the fun of canonizing. At least, it is.
