Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, a Putin ally, says the world is moving closer to 'a big war where there will be no winner'

Alexander Lukashenko warned on Tuesday that there could be a major global conflict in the future.

The state-run media outlet Belta reported that he spoke at a ceremony for Belarusian officials and top military school graduates. Lukashenko parroted Putin's claim that the Ukrainian government is fascist.

Europe doesn't decide anything, and is under Washington's thumb, according to the leader of the country. Lukashenko accused the west of trying to ruin his country.

Lukashenko said that the policy of the West was bringing the world closer to a big war where there would be no winner.

Lukashenko said that the events that are unfolding around the country need extreme vigilance and concentration. The system of global security has been destroyed by the United States and other western countries.

Lukashenko echoed Putin's criticism of NATO and Sweden's decision to join it.

Lukashenko alleged that NATO's defensive military exercises are similar to the campaigns of the past.

Lukashenko referred to a term used by Hitler as part of his plan to acquire Slavic territory for German "living space" and to start a war in eastern Europe.

It was earlier this month that Lukashenko said it was time for Europe to face a moral cleansing.

A number of influential people have warned of another war. George Soros said in May that World War III could happen because of Russia's invasion ofUkraine.
