The man may be catching up to him again.

On Tuesday, there was a lawsuit filed against Musk by the social media company.

According to the lawsuit, Musk is not honoring his obligations by walking away from the deal. His main reason for ending it was a lack of transparency around the number of accounts.

One of the reasons Musk wanted to purchase the company in the first place was the fact that they were going to get rid of junk mail.

The lawsuit was based on Musk's plan to get rid of fake accounts.

On April 9, when Musk announced that he wanted to buy the social media company, he sent a text message to the board chairman saying that "purging fake users" from the platform had to be done in the context of a private company.

On April 25th, there was a press release officially announcing the deal that restated Musk's intentions.

The deal was announced in a press release by Musk. When the market declined and the fix-price deal became less attractive, Musk shifted his narrative, demanding "verification" that it was not a serious problem on the platform.

"Musk's strategy is a model of hypocrisy and he has been in trouble before for it," the lawyers argued.

After agreeing to pay a $20 million fine, Musk stepped down as chairman of the company he founded.
