According to sources, Khris Middleton is expected to be ready for the start of the regular season after having surgery on his wrist.
In 66 games with Milwaukee last season, Middleton averaged 20.1 points, 5.4 rebound and 5.4 assists and was selected to his third All-Star game. He was part of the team that won the NBA Championship in 2020.
In the second game of Milwaukee's first-round series against the Chicago Bulls, guard Khris Middleton injured his knee and missed the rest of the playoffs.
In the second round, Milwaukee lost to the Celtics in seven games.
The Bucks added veteran swingman Joe Ingles and re-signed forwards Bobby Portis and Jevon Carter. While still with Utah, Ingles tore his knee in January and is not likely to be ready for the season.
Center Brook Lopez missed most of the regular season after having back surgery, one of a number of injuries the Milwaukee dealt with.
