The Department of Justice was told by the House select committee that one of its witnesses hasn't testified yet.

We had our last hearing. President Trump tried to speak to someone. The vice chair of the committee said on Tuesday that she had not seen a witness in the hearings.

The person refused to answer the phone and instead called their lawyer. The lawyer of their client notified us. She said that the committee gave the information to the Department of Justice.

There was no response from a spokesman for Trump.

The Tuesday hearing was the latest in a series of testimony that depicts Trump as determined to stay in office after the 2020 election.

Pat Cipollone, a former White House counsel, testified that he told Trump the election wasn't stolen and that it was time for him to concede.

Two years after losing to Joe Biden, Trump continues to make false claims about the election. There is still a chance that Trump will run for president in twenty four years.
