The $65 / month price tag for one line is a bit more attractive than the other lines, but only offers access to 5G on the company's low-band nationwide network. The other entry-level 5G Start plan offers an additional $5 per month for a 5GB hotspot.

When there is more traffic on the network, your data may be slower than other traffic. Everyone on your plan must switch over to Welcome unlimited if you sign up for the mix and match plan.

The Welcome unlimited plan is the same as the 5G start plan, but without mobile hotspot data and six-month free trials of Disney Plus, Apple Music, and Apple Arcade. If you want to save a couple of bucks and don't need any extra perks, welcome unlimited is a good plan. If you switch to the plan and keep your phone, there is a $240 gift card for you to use.
