Nothing is coming today. We know a lot about Nothing Phone 1, thanks to the company itself.

Thanks to a detailed "teardown" of the phone's firmware, we can get insight into details that we don't get for phones that are already on the market.

The phone has a quad camera on the back with the main sensor being a 50-MIPS Sony IMX766, and a 16-MIPS selfies camera.

The Nothing Phone 1 seems like a generic product despite its see-through design. It looks like it's manufactured by a Chinese company called BYD Electronic, which makes phones for other brands to sell under their own name. Some of the key software on the phone, like the camera app, appears to be a third party solution.

When we get a chance to test the phone ourselves, we will see how it performs, because the phone's specifications are not always known.

If you want, you can have a look at the four wallpapers on the phone ahead of time.
