A judge in Fulton County ordered U.S. senator Lindsey Graham to testify in front of a grand jury.

Graham will have to testify on August 2nd after he said he wouldn't fight the subpoena.

Graham is being asked to testify because of two calls he made to Georgia's Secretary of State. Graham asked Raffensperger to look into the possibility of a more favorable outcome for Donald Trump.

There are stories related to this.

Graham's attorneys had previously said:

Politics is what this is all about. The January 6 Committee in Washington and Fulton County are working together. The January 6 Committee would be given any information from an interview with Senator Graham. The ability of a Member of Congress to do their job would be in serious danger if the subpoena stood.
