The cold winter months are swiftly rearing their head around the corner, and the outerwear selection is only ramping up in preparation for the impending temperature drop. South Korean designer JUUN.J has offered up his own seasonal coats in collaboration with Canada Goose - first teased at JUUN.J's Fall/Winter 2019 runway show in January - releasing several heavy-weight, technical parkas that combine function with style.

Among the options is the built-up Resolute 3-in-1 Parka featured in an all-black colorway. It's oversized fit makes the silhouette a prime choice for layering, while pockets throughout and ID windows on the sleeve ensure there are several compartments for storage. Meanwhile, the hood can be stowed to transform it into a crewnecks silhouette, or the jacket can be worn simply as a vest for a lighter outerwear piece.

On the brighter end of the spectrum, JUUN.J and Canada Goose have delivered their Expedition Hooded Parka with a fiery red exterior. The bright coat is crafted with a waterproof and wind-resistant Arctic Tech shell, while down feathers help to boost warmth. Two adjustable hood options continue the technical aspect, while details like fleece trimming and quilted lining round it all out with more winter-ready elements.

The JUUN.J x Canada Goose Resolute 3-In-1 Parka is priced at $1,846 USD, while the Expedition Hooded Parka Coat is priced at $1,723 USD. Both styles are available to shop now at Browns' webstore.

Canada Goose has also recently been called upon by Junya Watanabe for its technical savvy. The two brands joined together earlier this month on a series of weatherized four-pocket coats.
