10 Travel Tips

There are six. You should have a phone with you on the trip. There's a portable charger and an accessory that's useful.

There are seven. Important personal items should be in your carry-on luggage. If your luggage gets lost or delayed, have your essentials ready to go.

There are eight. Take a photo of your suitcase It is possible that this will make it easier for the report.

There are nine. You should pay attention to the screen at the gate. First, you will hear delays or cancels.

There are ten. Be prepared for delays and long lines when travelling. Don't be impatient in everything you do. Know your rights.

Your Rights For Compensation

Most international flights are covered by the Montreal Convention, which protects passengers' rights. In the case of a physical injury caused by a flight accident, airlines are liable for up to $150,000. If luggage is lost or destroyed, passengers can be eligible for up to 1,400 dollars in damages.

It may take a long time for airlines to pay up as there are so many cases filed.

If you're bumped from your flight in the US, you're entitled to 200% of your one-way fare. Ahead of time, airlines ask you to bid a lot. The lowest bidder is the winner. Delta has recently given away thousands of dollars for bumped passengers.
