Musk commented on his decision to abandon his bid to buy the social networking site.
Lawyers for Musk told the SEC Friday that he wants to abandon his proposed acquisition of the micro-blogging site.
In April, Musk agreed to buy the social networking site. The company said it is going to take Musk to court over his abandonment of the deal.
Musk began to joke about the situation on Friday night.
In one meme posted late Sunday featuring a series of photos of Musk laughing, Musk said he would have to "disclose bot info in court."

An image of an actor playing chess was captioned by Musk. It's not clear if this was related to his dealings with the social networking site.

Musk's lawyers said in the SEC filing that the provision of information about how many bots are on its platform was the reason Musk walked away from the deal.
The filing said that sometimes it has ignored Mr. Musk's requests and sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that seem to be unjust.
Musk first brought up bot numbers in May, when he said the deal was temporarily on hold due to the need to prove how many of its accounts are fake.
At the time, Musk said he was still committed to the acquisition, but analysts said he may be looking to walk away from the deal.
The Washington Post reported that Musk got a trove of data from the micro-blogging site.
