The Capitol attack is not a priority for voters according to Gov. Glenn Youngkin.
Youngkin said that the invasion of our capital was bad for our democracy.
In his Sunday interview with " Face the Nation", Youngkin talked about abortion, Critical Race Theory, and his indecision about running for President in 2020.
Youngkin said that the topics they want to discuss is not January 6.
He said voters are more concerned with inflation, gas costs, and crime than with the hearings.
Youngkin believes that the media's attention on this is not what voters are interested in.
Costa said it wasn't just the media.
Youngkin was asked by Costa if he would support Donald Trump running for re-election in 2024.
Governor Larry Hogan of Maryland said that President Trump should not run again. Is that what you think? Costa wanted to know.
Youngkin said that President Trump would do what he wanted to do.
In June, the House Select Committee began airing hearings about the Capitol riot.
