White House personnel salaries were revealed in the annual report to congress.

A report from the Biden administration shows the pay of more than 500 people. More than 600 aides are employed by the Biden White House. Half of White House employees make more than $100,000 a year, while the other half make less.

Senior policy advisors for immigration, economic policy, public health and democracy are among the 16 Biden White House employees who make no money. The White House doesn't pay a salary to some positions because they are considereddetailees who work for other agencies and are assigned to work with the White House. The five people in the Trump White house made $0 a year.

The number of positions available, inflation, and the president's priorities can all affect salaries.

The president's salary has gone up since George W. Bush took office. Donald Trump donated his salary when he was president.

The vice president's salary is mandated by the federal government. During his time in office, the vice president's salary went up by 22%.

The highest-paid employees in the Biden White House make over $180,000. Francis Collins, the acting science advisor to the president, is the highest-paid official. John Czwartacki, the senior adviser to the chief of staff for strategy and stakeholder engagement, was the highest paid employee.

The second highest-paid staffer in the Biden White House is Luisa Paiewonsky, who makes $191,300. Paiewonsky is followed by the director of intergovernmental affairs.

The White House press secretary makes $180,000 a year. Sarah Huckabee sanders was a press secretary for the Trump White House.

The Chief of Staff for Biden makes over $200,000 per annum, while Mulvaney makes over $200,000.

Robert Blair, a Trump White House aide and senior adviser to the chief of staff's salary was set at $183,000.

Jake Sullivan is Biden's assistant to the president for national security affairs and he makes $180,000 per annum.

Counsel to the president make less than $170,504. The counsel in the White House made 183,000.

The president's push to decrease the gender pay gap in the White House resulted in a number of Biden's White House salary differences.

The special assistant to the president is one of the roles in the Biden White House. There were 81 employees listed under the same title. There is a lot to learn about the titles given to people in the administration, according to a former White House employee.

The official told them where the priorities are. People like to say that titles are free but you have to be careful with them. If everyone has them, they don't mean much.

Some White House employees go to work for an administration with the idea that their White House experience will help them get a better job in the private sector.

A former White House official who worked on pay told Insider that a lot of people go in for the opportunity to feel like they are making an impact. One or two people will come in and ask how they can cash out eventually.
