The Proud Boys, the Oath Keepers and the Three Percenters will be front and center during Tuesday's hearing, according to California Democrat Adam Schiff.

We've already seen what it could be.

The former leader of the Proud Boys had a brief appearance during the first hearing, but will there be more from him?

When Mr. Giuliani would be around, will there be more on how the words "Proud Boys" and "Oath Keepers" were used?

We will have to listen to 7 on Tuesday.

There are five potential bombshells based on what committee members like Schiff have teased is coming.

1. 'How a group of Proud Boys led a mob'

"We will show specifically how a group of Proud Boys led a mob into the Capitol building in January," Republican vice-chair Rep. Liz Cheney told viewers on June 9.

There is a chance that the hearing will take place on Tuesday. The Proud Boys' role on January 6 is already out there and the word specifically is important.

The Proud Boys have been accused of being a part of the mob. According to the feds, members of the violent, pro- Trump group broke a window into the building in order to allow rioters inside.

In the sixth hearing on June 28, for example, Hutchinson said that Trump knew some in the mob were armed and that he tried to lead them to the Capitol.

Tarrio, the alleged leader of the North Carolina Proud Boys, is expected to give more testimony on Tuesday.

From the first hearing, we know that both men were very open with their questions.

The leader of the network of anti-government militias, known as the Oath Keepers, offered to testify again, but only if it was broadcast live, after he invoked the Fifth Amendment.

Jonathan Lewis is a research fellow at the Program on Extremism at George Washington University.

2. That extremist-Trumpworld backchannel

After the first public hearing, CNN's Jake Tapper asked, "are there going to be witnesses that describe actual conversations between these extremists and anyone in Trump's circle?" Rep. Bennie Thompson replied, "Are there going to be witnesses that describe actual conversations between these extremists and

The chair said yes.

Thompson promised that there would be a number of witnesses that had not spoken before, that would document a lot of what was happening in the Trump circle.

Tuesday could be the day for the new witnesses and details.

We already knew that the Oath Keepers were invited to provide security for the January 6 rally, as well as that Roger Stone was an adviser to the president.

The coordination went to the White House.

The top aide to Trump's chief of staff said in her testimony that she heard the words Oath Keeper and Proud Boy before the January 6 rally.

Miller is a senior research analyst for the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Miller wondered how many people in the White House were talking about the Proud Boys. What capacity were they discussing them?

The Oath Keepers' Rhodes tried to get Trump on the phone on the evening of January 6 but failed.

We want to learn more about any Congress-insurrectionist action, especially that riot-eve t our congressional office hallways that GOP Rep. Barry Loudermilk of Georgia gave to a group ofMAGA-hatted.

One of Loudermilk's tour-goers made threats against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi after the riot.

3. Cooperation among extremist groups

There is a meeting between Rhodes and Tarrio in a parking garage in January of 2021.

On the eve of an insurrection, the leaders of the country's two largest far-right groups exchanged handshakes and brief greetings. Is anything more exchanged at this encounter?

George Washington's Lewis said that it would be great to hear more about this on Tuesday, and that it's still an open question of what was discussed there.

There are signs of possible coordination among groups. It's possible that these, too, will be figured out.

He pointed to a March court filing in which Meggs asked for bail. The husband accused Kelly Meggs of being an Oath Keepers leader.

He organized an alliance between Oath Keepers, Florida 3%ers, and Proud Boys. We decided to shut this down.

There was something going on in Florida. Stone and several of the Oath Keepers who were his bodyguards at the Capitol on January 5 live in the state.

Lewis doesn't expect clear-cut diagrams of relationships among extremists, Trumpworld, and Trump himself, who is a master at keeping his hands clean.

Lewis said that it was all part of a small complex.

There is never more than one or two degrees of separation between MarkMeadows, a Roger Stone, a Mike Flynn, Ali Alexander, Giuliani, Alex Jones, and then domestic violent extremists.

"So, you know, when you talk about these relationships, it's less of a direct organizational chart or straight lines between persons A, B and C, than it is this kind of interwoven web of very strong personalities, each of whom are more power-hungry and conspiracy- minded

4.  Did money cross hands?

New details on who was financing the mob on the Mall will be included in the hearing on Tuesday.

There is a chance for funding bombshells.

Is Oath Keepers paid to provide security at rallies? Where did the cash come from?

What about the legal bills of the Proud Boys?

On January 5, the day before the Capitol riot, Steve Bannon said that he and others in Trump's circle tried to get bail for Tarrio. The leader of the Proud Boy group was arrested after the burning of a Black Lives Matter banner.

In March, it was revealed that Sidney Powell used some of the money she raised from election conspiracy theories for the legal defense of January 6 defendants.

George Washington's Lewis and the SPLC's Miller said that the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers were self-sufficient.

Lewis said it doesn't take a lot of money to get in a van with a couple of guys and buy some bear spray and head to DC. The reality is that.

5. How at risk was Mike Pence? Nancy Pelosi?

The Vice President was close to rioters at one point.

We know from the committee's June 16 hearing that a confidential FBI source said that the Proud Boys would have killed Mike Pence and Pelosi if they were given the chance.

There will be more information about this.

"As we saw time and time again, as the Proud Boys were part of this mob, they played that role in egging on, inciting, encouraging other rioters at very specific, important flash points throughout the day," said Lewis.

The DOJ said in its seditious conspiracy indictment that a subset of the Oath Keepers peeled off from the Rotunda in order to find Speaker Pelosi. Speaker Pelosi wasn't found.

Lewis said that he didn't think they were going to try to lobby her.

Extremism watchdogs warned of how well-armed some rally-goers were and how violent their rhetoric was.

The Oath Keepers and Proud Boys have engaged in violence for a long time.

Tuesday's hearing may shed light on how close key lawmakers came to being harmed by the mob on the Mall.

Lewis said that there is a version of events where one or two small things break differently.

Violence was used against more than 140 law enforcement offers by the mob. I'm pretty sure they would have used violence against them if they found Nancy Pelosi.
