Music Recognition can now sync identified songs to the Shazam app and across your Apple devices

The latest version of the Shazam app is compatible with the Music Recognition feature in the Control Center. Many users thought that the feature was required in order to use it, but now it is available on the newer version of the mobile operating system.

Apple introduced Music Recognition as a built-in feature in 2020 with the release of the latest version of its mobile operating system. The feature made it possible for users to identify songs in apps without having to download the app. If you use the Music Recognition control to find a song, you can save it in the Shazam app so you can view it later.
