According to a Wall Street Journal report, four women, all of whom used to work for World Wrestling Entertainment, and therefore the McMahon family, signed agreements with McMahon that prevented them from discussing potential legal claims against or their relationships with him. McMahon was forced to step down from his corporate responsibilities, not his head of creative role, as a result of the WSJ report on McMahon and John Laurinaitis paying hush money for previous alleged relationships.
A former wrestler claims McMahon coerced her into performing oral sex on him before he was demoted. According to this former wrester, McMahon demoted her and later declined to renew her contract with the World Wrestling Entertainment after she resisted further sexual encounters. The unnamed wrestler and her attorney are said to have gone to McMahon to negotiate a payment for silence.
According to Friday's report, there was a 2008 non-disclosure agreement between a former company contractor and McMahon, who presented McMahon with nude photos. She told people within the company that McMahon had sexually harassed her on the job and that she had received the photos from McMahon. McMahon paid her a million dollars to stay quiet.
A 2006 agreement was made with a former manager of McMahon's, who worked for the company for a decade. She was paid a million dollars for not speaking up. McMahon and a former company paralegal made a $3 million agreement in January to keep their sexual relationship a secret.
The board of directors of the company is looking into McMahon's agreement with the paralegal and his deal with the wrestler. According to the Journal, the board is investigating an alleged sexual relationship between Laurinaitis' and the same former company paralegal, as well as allegations of a $1.5 million non-disclosure agreement paid to another wrestler.
Johnny Ace was the head of talent relations for several years before stepping down in 2012. The year is the same as the allegedNDA. McMahon re- promoted him to the role last year, but he is currently on leave from the company.
McMahon hasn't commented on the inquiry into him or the board's inquiry, but he has stated that he is cooperating with the inquiry.

McMahon booked himself to appear on WWE television several times after the first allegations were made public in a tone-deaf move to get a positive reaction from the crowd. There were multiple online reports indicating a company-wide backstage meeting before the Money in the Bank pay-per-view event. McMahons and Triple H were ringside at the UFC pay-per-view later that night.
Nick Khan is the president of the company and has no relation to Tony Khan. After her leave of absence, Khan took over most of the duties. He has been an important figure behind the scenes for the company.
