A call-back function is now offered by Royal Caribbean International. It is expected that the feature will be broadly available for U.S. and Canada based trade at the end of August 2022.

When travel partners call the contact centers, they are prompted with the option of a call back if the wait is longer than 20 minutes. Travelers can leave a message and input their number to get in touch with a Royal Caribbean representative. Extensions are not supported, so a direct number is needed.

Royal Caribbean has been enhancing automation in order to help travel partners.

There are some enhancements.

FlexPay allows travel partners to pre-schedule up to 10 automatic payments that can be arranged by date and amount.

Travel partners can redeem future cruise credits with the FCC redemption tool. Insight is a tool that helps clients remind them of their FCC credit.

FCC redeems were enhanced to allow for multiple FCCs to be applied at the same time.

The eQuote is a marketing tool that helps generate leads.

The vaccine testing and requirements tool was launched in January 2022. The travel partner name and contact information are included in the email.

Travel partners can explore the available offerings (i.e., shore excursions, dining options, beverage/ dining packages, etc.) based on ship and sail date to better serve their clients.
