A big year for San Diego Comic-Con, a big year for Marvel, and a big year for Mondo.
The fan convention's first full-blown return since COVID shut the world down in March 2020 will take place in the year 2022. It's a year of re-introductions, new heroes, and, as Ms. Marvel demonstrated, style evolutions. The Austin art gallery known for its limited edition collectibles has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the toy company.
This is a team-up worthy of the Avenger. At San Diego Comic-Con, there will be a bunch of Mondo exclusives, including a pair of posters and a figurine. Some of them will only be available at the show, but others are not.
Posters will be the first one we start with. Tula Lotay is the artist behind the Supreme: Blue Rose comic and the founder of the UK's Thought Bubble Festival. A common theme in her work is portraits of powerful women.

The black-and-white version of the poster will be available in an edition of 250 on the opening day of the San Diego Comic-Con. The poster is an exclusive on the show floor. If you're lucky, you'll be able to get one from the booth for $75, but only if you're one of the lucky ones.
Fans of the comics are in for a treat, with a pair of Silver Surfer posters featuring icons from the comic book world. There is a poster-sized version of the first cover from Silver Surfer: Parable. Stan Lee's script was created by Jean "Moebius" Giraud, a French artist who died last year. The "Keyline" variant of the poster has a pencil-shaded version of the artwork.

The only way to get a Surfer poster is online and it will only be sold on the show floor. Attendees will have the chance to pick up a full-color version out of an edition of 225 at the booth for $50. The limited edition of 100 posters will only be available from the online store.
The next one is a re-release. In April of this year, Mondo released a vinyl record of the soundtrack to the movie "Shua-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings". The records themselves are still the same. A grey and red record will replace the blue and yellow records in the original.

This is only going to the show floor. There will be a limited edition of 500 on July 21.
An all-new version of the collectible figurine for Man-Thing is one of the items that Mondo has in its lineup for the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con. This will be the third version of the 12-inch vinyl creation, following a 2021 release featuring comics-accurate coloring and an April 2022.

A limited edition of 125 will be the price of the "Pen & Ink Variant SDCC Exclusive" figurine. The new figurine and the two that preceded it were sculpted by James Groman and painted by Mike Bonanno.
