Multiple reports say that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov walked out of a meeting of foreign ministers at the Group of 20 summit in Indonesia.
The Guardian reported that Lavrov left after other diplomats confronted him about Russia's role in the food crisis partially caused by the Russian blockade of Ukrainian ports.
The summit was attended by noted Kremlin critics like U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
The sessions where Blinken and Kuleba spoke did not happen.
State-run Russian news outlet Sputnik reported that the Western leaders lost their minds when they started to criticize Russia.
A posed group photo with the foreign ministers was not taken at the summit due to a boycott from Blinken who didn't want to be pictured with Lavrov.
There is nothing to talk about with the West if they want to defeat Russia on the battlefield, according to the Guardian.
The Group of 20 summit of heads of state will be hosted by Russia. The Kremlin said last month that Putin plans to attend the summit, but it is not certain if he will be in person or virtual. It would be the first face-to-face meeting between Putin and Biden since the invasion of Ukraine.
According to Russia, Putin will be part of the G20 summit.
Russia's foreign minister walked out of the G20 talks because he denied that Russia was causing a food crisis.
