A major Rogers outage is affecting 911 calls and internet access in parts of Canada

Rogers appears to be down in parts of Canada this morning. There are thousands of reports of issues with Rogers, and problems seem to have started at around 5AM. Rogers is reported to be down in Toronto, Montreal, and the other Canadian cities.

Toronto police said that some people in the city have been having connection issues and are calling the emergency services. Toronto Police Operations says that the Rogers Network is having technical difficulties. These issues are being worked on.
