The owner of Washington Commanders offered to testify via video conference before the House Oversight Committee in late July, according to a letter his attorney sent to the committee's chairwoman. The dates they submitted have yet to be heard about by the committee.

According to the letter obtained by the sports network, Karen Seymour told the committee that she had not heard from them since June 30. According to the letter, the committee offered for Snyder to be interviewed remotely on July 6 or 8, and she offered July 28 or 29

The House will be off in August.

Washington's workplace culture has been the subject of an investigation by the committee.

The committee is committed to securing Mr. Snyder's testimony on the toxic work environment at the Washington Commanders following his failure to appear voluntarily at the committee's hearing and his continued refusal to allow his attorney to accept service of a subpoena. The Committee is continuing to negotiate with his counsel to make sure they get the full and complete testimony they need.

A spokesman for the committee said last week that his lawyer had yet to accept the subpoena. The sides are still talking about the terms of the testimony.

He was going to be in Israel for much of July and August to observe the one-year anniversary of her death. The committee can decide to release all or part of the transcript, but Seymour said she would travel to Israel for the deposition.

She stated in the letter that she had previously worked in Europe. She was in Europe for work on June 22 when the NFL Commissioner testified about the investigation.

The team's first pre-season game is against the Carolina Panthers on August 13th.
