The David Casavant Archive, a private collection of the world's rarest and most coveted garments, filed a complaint against West on Tuesday.
In October 2020, the company said West stopped paying rental fees for 13 pieces.
If the rapper can't return the items, he owes the archive $200,000. In the complaint, lawyers for David Casavant Archive said that West and his company haven't responded to many inquiries regarding the outstanding fees.

West is accused of sampling Marshall Jefferson's song "Move Your Body" on the song "Flowers" without the musician's consent.
Less than two weeks before the festival, Yeezus West is said to pull out.
The rapper was pulled from performing at the awards over online behavior.
