The feds are not happy that Kenneth will be doing time in the mansion where he lives with his wife. A federal judge sentenced the 44-year-old on Wednesday, giving him a year of home confinement, 3 years of supervised release and a $55,000 fine for violating the Mann Act. A guilty plea was entered by Petty. The U.S. Attorney's Office had argued that home confinement wouldn't be a punishment because the two brothers live in a mansion in a gated community. The judge didn't agree with the recommendation of 15 months in prison and 5 years of supervised release. In 1994 he was convicted of a rape in NYC and was sentenced to four years in prison. He didn't register on the sex offenders list when he moved to Cali with his girlfriend. Her husband will be for the next year. There's no need for a babysitter right now.
