When I asked you all what you wanted to see, many of you requested a favorites sweater post, so this was especially fun to put together. While I'm often tempted by certain pieces that cost double the price of these, I try hard not to get carried away. I've spent upwards of a couple of hundred dollars on certain knits and I end up regretting it after a few months of wear. Even those pricier "better quality" sweaters start pilling and looking a bit ratty after a while.
Of course, there have been exceptions, especially with some cashmere and certain brands, but for the most part, I'd rather invest my money elsewhere.
Below are some of my favorite sweaters that cost under $200. You can click on the images above, on the links or in the scroll below. Also, below these, I've shared three of my current favorites from H&M.
Cropped Relax Fit Turtleneck - Black ($89)
Pippa Sweater - Ivory ($97)
Brockton Bobble Sweater - Heather Cider ($98)
Stevie High Neck Sweater - Grey Marle ($99)
Mila Sweater - Heather Grey ($115)
Easy Street Tunic - Burgundy ($128)
Angellic Sweater - Ivory ($148)
Oversized Alpaca Blend Cardigan - Beige ($149)
Aside from the above, I also love these from H&M: This rib-knit in cashmere cream, this knit wool blend (the grey is stunning!) and t his knit cashmere in dark beige. I'm picturing it with a camel coat, black jeans or pants and white sneakers.
