I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the past boss of the company hated Princess Leia. The only explanation for this figure is that it is just as bad as all the other toys. It is difficult to deny that the toy could not be easily modified to create a mediocre Planet of the Apes action figure. Fans bought her figure in drives even though she was mocked for her face sculpt and posing under her robes. There was no chance that she could stand on her own. They didn't have the decency to give her the same strength as the boys. General Leia did a lot of things well.
